Terms of service

This English version is provided for customers outside Denmark and is pending legal review. In case of any discrepancy between this version and the Danish version published at coachplan.dk, the Danish version applies. These terms are governed by Danish law (see section 12).

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Coachplan" or "we/us": Coachplan ApS, CVR (Danish company reg. no.): 41513712.
• "the Platform": The Coachplan web application, APIs and related services.
• "the User" or "you": The person or business that creates an account on the Platform.
• "Client": An end user who receives coaching services through the Platform.
• "Subscription": Paid access to the Platform under the plan you have chosen.

By creating an account on Coachplan, you accept these terms of service. If you create an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Contact us immediately at support@getcoachplan.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to get around the limits of your plan.

Coachplan offers several subscription plans. The prices and features of each plan are shown on our pricing page.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By signing up for a subscription, you also accept Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before then.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
• If a payment is not made, we may suspend access to your account 7 days after a reminder.

New users get a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment details are required to start the trial. When the trial ends, you must choose a plan to keep using the Platform.

You may use Coachplan for lawful purposes related to coaching, training and health guidance. You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Upload harmful, offensive or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Place an unreasonable load on the system with automated requests

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of all content you upload to the Platform (programs, meal plans, client data and so on). You grant Coachplan a limited license to store, process and display your content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you upload, including having the necessary rights and consents.

As a coach, you are the data controller for your clients' personal data. You are responsible for complying with the GDPR with regard to your clients, including obtaining any necessary consent.

The Coachplan platform, including its software, design, logos and documentation, belongs to Coachplan ApS. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform during the subscription period.

The exercise library, templates and other standard content that Coachplan provides may be used within the Platform, but may not be copied or distributed outside it.

Coachplan is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime and reliability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Coachplan is not liable for:

• Indirect loss, consequential loss or loss of profit
• Loss resulting from downtime or technical errors
• Loss related to third-party services (including Stripe)
• Content uploaded by users

In all circumstances, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Coachplan in the last 12 months.

You can cancel your subscription at any time under Settings → Subscription, or by contacting support@getcoachplan.com. When you cancel:

• You keep access for the rest of the paid period
• Your data is available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends
• After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted (subject to legal requirements)

We may close your account with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continuing to use the Platform after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Danish law. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably. If we cannot reach agreement, the dispute will be settled by the Danish courts, with the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.
